Ingredients:
- 2 large tomatoes cut into 8 each
- 1 cucumber sliced (if tender do not remove the peel)
- 1 green pepper sliced
- 1 onion sliced
- 10 kalamata olives
- ½ jar of capers
- 150g feta cheese cut into cubes
- 2 tbls. vinegar
- additional olive oil
- salt
- oregano
Instructions:
1. In a bowl with water and a little salt, add the onion rings for 5'to remove the burn.
2. In a bowl put the tomatoes, cucumbers, pepper, capers, onion, olive oil, salt and vinegar. The stir all together and decorate the salad with cheese, olives and oregano.
